Korean Wedding in Kelowna B.C

In what feels like the blink of an eye, fall is here! That means fall weddings are back in action and I have no complaints. I was so incredibly happy to be a part of the wedding day of these two over the weekend. Early in the morning I set off to Kelowna, BC with coffee in my tumbler for that extra bit of pep in my step I knew I'd need. What a beautiful autumn day it was.

The vibe was bustling the moment I reached the house. The energy that morning was high with excitement, and I was eager to catch a few shots of the ladies getting ready.

It was wonderful to experience the Korean cultural touches all throughout the wedding. Both the mother of the bride and mother of the groom wear what's called a hanbok, Korean traditional style dress.

We made our way to The Cove Hotel and Resort in West Kelowna, BC. The ceremony was outside overlooking the lake and it was just stunning. The weather was a bit overcast, but it was to our advantaged because the pictures turned out beautifully.

Fortunately for us, the Gellatly Nut Farm Regional Park was quite literally around the corner. If you haven't been to it, you need to make it a priority to check it out! I was excited to find out how close we were to it. Its gorgeous landscape made for stunning photos.
